Assist in advising clients on all aspects of financial restructuring and insolvency matters, including debt restructuring, distressed M&A, insolvency proceedings, and creditor negotiations.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare client memoranda and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in managing complex, high-value restructuring transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Stay abreast of legal developments, industry trends, and market dynamics affecting restructuring and insolvency matters, and provide proactive guidance to clients and colleagues.

UK Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong academic background with a focus on finance, restructuring, or insolvency law.
Experience working on national and cross-border restructuring transactions, with a solid understanding of relevant legal principles and industry practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
