We are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator who has relevant experience within the engineering or manufacturing industries. This represents an excellent opportunity to be a key contact for a company which provides products internationally.
Duties of role
* Providing support for international customer orders
* Overseeing and supervising a team of 3
* Account management
* Warehouse control
* Transport, logistics support and tracking
* Ensuring correct import and export documentation
* Overseeing timely invoicing for international accounts
* Aftermarket sales support
* Supporting with scheduling subcontractor activities
* Date input to ERP system
* Forecasting stock for production and delivery
About the person
* Experience in a Sales Administration role within a technical environment
* Having managed a team of administration staff
* Exposure and experience using SAP
* A good level of general education
* Able to multi-task and work across business functions
* Experience working as part of an internal sales team
* Experience of import export documentation and processes
* Account management exposure
