At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a high growth B2B EdTech SaaS startup, hiring an Account Executive to join their inbound sales team.
If you’re looking for a new role where you can spend your time working with high intent inbound prospects, managing sales cycles and closing deals, without having to spend time cold calling, this could be for you.
About the role
As Account Executive, you will;
- Engage with inbound leads as their first point of contact.
- Manage end to end sales processes, progressing deals to close.
- Manage hand over to customer success team post-close.
- Close upsell / cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, identified by CS team.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create new lead generation campaigns.
- Manage your pipeline of deals, reporting on progress.
- Work to and exceed a quarterly revenue target.
About you
As Account Executive, you’ll have;
- Previous experience in an inbound or outbound SaaS sales roles.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes lasting 3-4 months.
- The ability to multi-thread deals to increase revenue per client.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, working to and achieving a revenue target.
- To be comfortable working in a largely unsupported sales role, as part of a small team.
- To be able to hold commercial conversations with senior level stakeholders.
Benefits

- £30k-£40k base salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission (£55k OTE)
