Join our client's team as a Governance Business Partner This 37 hour per week role is agile, requiring office attendance 2 to 3 times monthly and participation in 3 board meetings yearly. Ideal for those with strong senior administration skills, particularly in compliance or legal fields. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective governance supporting the Board and Committees, coordinating meetings, and fostering compliance across the organisation.This agile position allows flexibility in work location, whether at home or in our Boston or Grimsby offices. You’ll report to the Governance Manager and work closely with our Governance Team.
Key Responsibilities include managing meeting processes, supporting compliance efforts, facilitating policy reviews, and assisting in member recruitment and onboarding. Plus, you’ll ensure a customer-first approach in all activities, maintain a safe and inclusive working environment, and uphold our corporate values.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills to the table, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, ideally within the social landlord sector, but not essential.
