We have a national service line from where you can draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge. providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio
our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.

Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our established Birmingham office. Working within an established team which valued over £1.2bn of commercial and residential property in 2024 in advising financial institutions, private and public sector clients, primarily for loan security purposes, financial reporting, taxation, acquisition and disposals. Excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a social team environment with a positive culture that will provide the necessary support to ensure career progression.
