A stable and growing digital commerce consultancy is looking to scale its team with a brand new role of a Head of Digital Product Management, to help further and realise its ambitions as a business. The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication
skills for defining our product strategy and working with cross-functional teams to interpret and
prioritise requirements and establish the basis for performance management. This is a
the customer-centric role, working to translate the needs of users into digital business
opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing, as well as lifecycle management.
Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
Work with the global leadership team to set out the product roadmap and strategy
Drive strategies and long-term vision to build and support best-in-class digital products that benefit the target clients and markets.
To globally lead product strategy and product lifecycle management
Build out over time a team of product managers to support the growth of the business.

Skills required:
Experience in Digital Commerce and Payment solutions
Proven experience as a Product Manager, including creating product roadmaps and strategies, preferably for developer-facing products
Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiating skills
Proven track record of working with international growth companies
Minimum of 5 years in digital product management

This is a global role. Based in London.
Hybrid working - onsite in London and home-based.
Some international travel is to be expected.
Reporting to CEO.
