Working with the Area Manager and network colleagues, you will be responsible for leading a branch team in delivering a high-quality customer experience to uphold brand values and reputation as well as leading a team to promote products and services to your customer base and also within your local community, interacting with businesses and charities for further opportunities.
You will have knowledge of UK financial services and a proven track record delivering high standards and experience of sales targets.
You will be focused on achieving agreed objectives and be flexible and adaptable to change.
You can implement and maintain continuous branch activities to achieve all branch targets that also incorporate the wider community.
Passionate about high quality customer experience and be highly empathetic with your people and your customers.
Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities to support targets and brand values.
Possess knowledge and experience of the regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
