Assistant Cleaning Manager We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cleaning Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Assistant Cleaning Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.   • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Assistant Cleaning Manager will:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH
  • Excellent people management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in carrying out monitoring of quality standards/audits
  • IT literate
  • Passion for training and leading a team
  • Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements including attending meetings
