A small to medium sized consultancy based in Bournemouth, are now looking for a dedicated Building Surveyor, to join their ever-expanding team.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working on a mixture of projects including internal refit outs for high end residential properties, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks. Along side the project work, you will be carrying out school surveys for local council, dilapidations, pre-acquisition, party wall and expert witness work.

This role offers the full range of project and professional services, allowing you to have a variety of work and the chance to gain strong experience. The successfull Building Surveyor will have?
