As an experienced Specification Technologist you will oversee the creation and maintenance of product specifications and labels to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Generate finished product specifications and product labels
Process, review, and approve specifications
Ensure timely completion of accurate customer specifications and submission forms, meeting policy and best practice requirements
Approve finished product artwork and final print samples to meet customer and legal requirements
Create product assembly sheets
Stay updated with customer and legal requirements
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed

This fast-paced role requires technical expertise in manufacturing processes, including HACCP qualifications, internal auditing and risk assessment skills. Ideally you have strong English communication skills and a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field, coupled with at least 2 years of experience as a specification’s technologist. You are self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities, organisational skills and knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
