Cover Supervisor Position Available in Warwickshire Twenty4Seven Education is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students when teachers are unavailable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in various subjects and year groups in the absence of regular teachers, following pre-set lesson plans and providing support to students as needed.
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and respectful learning environment conducive to student engagement and academic progress.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, distributing and collecting materials, and maintaining classroom order and cleanliness.
  • Liaise with teaching staff and school leaders to provide feedback on student behavior, progress, and any issues arising during lessons.
  • Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during lessons, following school protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training as required.
