experienced Legal Counsel specialising in Procurement and Commercial law to
advice to sourcing teams, and managing legal aspects of procurement operations.
role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Warwick.
The Legal team is newly created and still evolving so there will potentially be
opportunity for the successful candidate to become a permanent member of the

ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
supplier due diligence and nomination to contract implementation.
and implement policies and processes to streamline procurement operations and
ensure consistency and efficiency in contract management.
buyer training sessions to enhance team capabilities and enable continuous
improvement in procurement practices.
contract management systems to ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and
compliance with contractual obligations.
legal advice to the business on supplier risk monitoring, including assessing
and mitigating risks associated with supplier relationships.
Bachelor's
degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field
years’ PQE qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contracts and
procurement.
Automotive
with digital expertise.
Commercial
understanding of procurement processes, including supplier due diligence,
nomination, and contract management.
developing and implementing policies and processes to enhance procurement
with contract management systems and tools.
