Role - Senior Revit Technician
Location - West Midlands HUB (1 day a week in office)
My client is an forward-thinking and innovative International Multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Senior BIM Technician to work within their Birmingham area office on a Hybrid basis (1 day a week) and assist their Mechanical team on the delivery of multiple projects within the Aviation, Aerospace defence, Nuclear & Custodial sectors.

You will be responsible for Coordinating & Delivering 3D models, creating BIM documentation whilst working alongside an established MEP team.

Use Revit to produce schematicsand detailed drawings in in accordance with relevant standards and procedures.
Review subcontractors' BIM models and drawings for compliance reasons.
Revit Experience
Knowledge of BIM Level 2 Delivery
Experience producing 2D & 3D designs from concept stage to fully co-ordinated detailed design
Experience liassing with internal/external teams (architects, design team, subcontractors etc)
Knowledge of Cobie Data
