  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on project management, data protection, and employee training.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR. Experience with information protection tools, including encryption, DLP, and identity management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent) are a plus.
