Service Co-Ordinator

£We are working with a well-established business in Telford to recruit for a Service Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. The Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for the effective delivery of first-class customer service and continuous development to the revenues to the business.
To effectively allocate and plan the company’s field engineering resources, communicating in good time and to the agreed standards.
• Ensure all associated administration (quotations, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data etc.) Effectively plan to deliver budget/KPI level performance monthly, ensuring sufficient work is generated/available to avoid shortfalls to plan.
• Ensure the vehicle fleet is kept in good condition, serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations/statutory requirements at all times.
• Organise appropriate documentation, PPE, work equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements for field engineering staff.
• Contributing towards the creation of a healthy, conducive working environment for our field engineering team optimising retention and future candidate attraction, where necessary assisting the Operations Manager with supplementary recruitment requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• SAP experience is desirable.
