Recoveries and Collections Account Manager
As a Customer Account Manager specialising in Recoveries and Collections, the core mission of this role is to support customers through the lifecycle of their loan. Recoveries and Collections Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts in arrears, focusing on recoveries and collections.
Contact clients who have fallen into arrears to assess their situations and develop tailored recovery plans.
Liaise with solicitors and manage the legal process of repossessions when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a compassionate and professional approach.
Monitor and report on account status and recovery progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve recovery outcomes.

Recoveries and Collections Account Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in recoveries and collections within the financial sector.
Experience as a collection agent or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of bridging finance, business financing, and mortgage arrears.
Proficient in using case management and recovery software.
