We are looked for passionate and talented individuals to join us, on a temporary basis, as a Wholesale Showroom Assistant.

Support the Joseph wholesale team throughout Spring/Summer 2025 sales campaign, assisting with setting up and helping maintain the London showrooms throughout late May and early June.

Welcome clients into the showroom and organize beverages if requested.
Assist with showroom set up, tear down, and packing of the sample collection in a timely manner.
Assist wholesale team with sales appointments.
Assist wholesale team with order entry and amendments where necessary ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Any additional ad-hoc duties which may arise.
Assist with the sorting, organization and retention of the samples.

Excellent administration skills, confident with Microsoft programs including Outlook and Excel.
