The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in residential lettings sector and an excellent record of performance at your current company. You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset but, most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service. Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include: Residential lettings experience essential. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills Ability to generate new business.
