Job Title: Senior Project Manager Company: UCC Holdings

UCC Holdings is a globally renowned construction company headquartered in Qatar, with a rich history of delivering exceptional projects across continents. UCC Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a background as either an architect or extensive experience in VIP construction projects. Reporting directly to the Regional Director for UK and Europe, the Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects across the UK. This role requires hands-on involvement on-site to ensure the quality of work meets the highest standards. The successful candidate will be the eyes on-site for the Regional Director, evaluating the quality of work and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Additionally, knowledge of AutoCAD and Design, as well as QA/QC, will be essential for success in this role.

Lead and oversee all aspects of project safety, budget, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage project teams and ensure efficient utilization of resources, with a hands-on approach on-site.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with upper management and other departments to align project scope and direction.
Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans and quality control procedures.
Coordinate project activities with architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.
Monitor construction progress and ensure the quality of work meets appropriate standards.
Conduct regular evaluations of project progress and provide updates to the Regional Director.
Utilize AutoCAD and Design knowledge for project evaluation and coordination.
Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate project disruptions, determine entitlements, and manage associated claims.
Maintain awareness of project costs and profitability, and strategize major project activities accordingly.
Possess technical knowledge in design and building construction systems.
Utilize ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, for effective project management.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, with a background in architecture or VIP construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
