The Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students with SEND, helping them access a tailored education and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will encompass: Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching methods to meet individual needs. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, addressing their unique requirements. Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social and emotional development of students. Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in consultation with the school's SENCO and other professionals.
