As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of electricians on various small projects around London. Your role will involve ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will be the key point of contact between the client, site staff, and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a team of electricians on multiple small projects across London.
* Coordinate daily site activities and ensure the efficient use of resources.
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to the team.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including timesheets, daily reports, and material usage.
* Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar role in the electrical contracting industry.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid ECS/CSCS card.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification is preferred.
* Full, clean driving license.
