Role Overview:


As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our organization's mission and values. You will work closely with our content creators and trainers to edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that is suitable for online distribution and other platforms. Your work will play a crucial role in engaging our audience and delivering our message effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video footage to create professional and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, trainers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Enhance video and audio quality using appropriate editing software.
  • Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the final product.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques and workflows.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of audio editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating educational and training videos.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and video content requirements.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion topics and the ability to integrate these themes into video content.
