Veran Performance is looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about finance transformation and have a proven track record in this domain. This role is the ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant, with 5-10 years of operational and Finance Transformation experience, you will also have implemented SaaS solutions for Finance, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.

As a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and challenging existing client processes and ways of working. You will lead workshops, facilitate key decisions, support with vendor selection and guide the client through the implementation and adoption of new technology. You will understand, not only how to get the most from SaaS technology across many Finance areas, but you will understand how to make the transformation successful from a business perspective. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design and change management with a focus on supporting Finance teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.

Advising clients on Finance service design and changing operating models that result from the deployment of technology and automation.
Defining transformation roadmap and implementation plans.
Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of finance technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.
Leading a functional team to deliver all aspects of transformation.
Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions.
Working on internal process improvement projects as part of the Veran Finance Community

Mapping and documenting Finance processes.
