The Application Support role;

My client is looking for a professional with a background in technical bespoke application support, with strong skills with SQL. The position will report in to the head of engineering and work closely with him to ensure all tickets are completed in a timely manner, including supporting some of the US team, the roughly estimated 10 tickets per day, are very much orientated around SQL queries/joins/procedures, debugging them, or passing them back across to the development team to correct.
