As they prepare for exciting growth, including the launch of a new site in the coming years, they are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the team and drive the success to the next level. We’re searching for a creative and sales-driven General Manager who can bring fresh ideas to the table, inspire the team, and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. If you’re a strong Assistant General Manager/General Manager and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive sales, maximize revenue, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Bring new ideas to the business, from menu innovations to marketing initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
  • Play a key role in the expansion of the brand, including involvement in the planning and execution of new site openings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing new ideas to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
