Our flag ship branch in Colchester is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to continue the success of this branch. It consistently overachieves budget and is one of the top 3 branches in the UK for our brand. This role will ideally require someone with a knowledge of the industry that can communicate at a senior level both internally and externally.

We are a long established organisation with specialist decorating branches located throughout the east of England.

Our Colchester branch, has just been refurbished and has a fantastic offering of painting and decorating and glass stocks. There is also a specialist designer paints and wallcoverings and sundry items area for the decorative market. In addition the site has a large parking area and easy access.

The Branch Manager will manage and motivate the team to achieve branch and company objectives. Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, the Branch Manager will deal with customer queries in a prompt and effective manner, consistently meeting customer requirements. The Branch Manager will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, merchandisers and other partners and help organise events and initiatives to promote good relations and sales development.

We’re looking for a Branch Manager who can identify new market and product opportunities, with a business acumen to develop the business even further and exceed our customers expectations on every level .

Candidates must hold a full driving licence.
