With 6 consecutive years of double-digit growth, we're welcoming ambitious, motivated salespeople and experienced recruiters to join our SAP recruitment team in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells .

Understand client recruitment needs and provide advice and solutions
Sell DSR as a market leader and specialist in SAP staffing.
Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system.
Post vacancies online.
Network, build and maintain relationships with candidates.
Experience in recruitment with a successful track record in new business development and lead generation.
Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person.
Similarly, European languages are nice to have, but not essential.

On-going training on the recruitment process, technology and how to get the best out of our recruitment CRM and networking tools.
You will be supported by a team of resourcers who will help find the best candidates in the market.
You’ll get the opportunity to travel to meet our clients and candidates across Europe.
