Senior Data Analyst Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Working Model: Hybrid

A rapidly growing, Glasgow-based company is seeking an experienced and driven Data Analyst to join its team. If you're an analytical expert with a passion for transforming shopper and consumer data into actionable insights, this is the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in data analysis, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior within a fast-paced industry. Strategic Analysis: Identify business challenges and translate them into comprehensive, actionable analyses to guide strategy.
Consumer Insights: Design, develop, and manage complex survey research to uncover meaningful shopper and consumer behavior patterns.
Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee data processes, from cleaning and analysis to advanced visualization and reporting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights.
Leverage statistical and machine learning techniques to model and predict consumer behavior, adding value to client engagements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, delivering insights that drive data-driven decisions.
Demonstrable experience in handling and analysing large consumer datasets, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
Research Acumen: Proficiency in designing, executing, and analysing online surveys and other consumer research methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms). SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
Project Management: Adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering projects from conception to completion.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the FMCG sector, shopper behavior trends, and market research practices.
