This is a full-time position, offering 2 days’ working from home , with a salary of £30,000, plus profit bonus and competitive benefits. Dealing with HR matters across the organisation and helping to prepare and process 2 bureau payrolls per month for 350 staff
Assisting with recruitment and completing starter, onboarding and leaving processes
Managing pension schemes, contribution payments and pre payroll processing
Contributing to culture, engagement and other project work across the business
Assisting the HR BP when needed with project work such as TUPE and Acquisitions
Pre payroll process experience
