Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy spending time outdoors, preferring not to be confined to a 9-5 office role?

  • Ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date bills by collecting data from water meters, using a hand-held electronic device, and other equipment
  • Great flexibility within the role, such as planning your route and managing your schedule and workload to achieve targets set for the week by your field delivery manager
  • Occasional need to walk longer distances as not all customers live in built-up areas, but you'll get great exercise

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Report any dangerous meter installations or suspected signs of tampering
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexible approach to tasks and working
  • Full training is provided so experience is not necessary
