Liverpool/ Fully Remote
My client is currently seeking an experienced Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join their Dispute Resolution team on a fixed-term basis. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum and is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. This position presents an excellent opportunity for legal professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of professional negligence claims, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures while maintaining efficiency and proportionality.
Providing technical guidance to junior team members, including establishing work priorities and providing regular feedback and coaching.
Identifying and managing legal and business risks associated with the caseload, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promoting the professional development of paralegal support by identifying training needs, providing coaching and mentoring, and encouraging pursuit of professional certifications.
Fostering a culture of teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing within the legal team.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedure, preferably within a dispute resolution function.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with case management systems and databases.
Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum and fully remote working.
