White Bee Digital, a progressive advertising agency specialising in social media advertising, is seeking a talented Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading e-commerce brands, managing campaigns across major platforms including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage ad campaigns across various social media platforms with a primary focus on Meta.
- Analyse performance data using tools such as GA4, Shopify, and platform-specific Ads Dashboards to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad account issues promptly, ensuring seamless campaign operations.
- Deliver outstanding client management, maintaining proactive communication and effectively managing expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure campaign alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest platform changes and industry best practices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and results.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4, Shopify analytics, and understanding of platform-specific Ads Dashboards.
- Proven track record in client management with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and handle ad account challenges proactively.
- Knowledge of creative best practices for social media advertising and experience briefing creative partners.
- Experience with Pinterest and TikTok advertising is advantageous but not essential.
- Agency experience preferred but not essential
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Must be based in UK
