We are currently seeking a Director, Business Transformation to join the team in London.
Securities Financing has embarked on an ambitious multi-year strategic investment programme with the aim of transforming the platform into a class leading multi- asset financing offering.The business requires a seasoned Senior Programme Manager & SME to manage the execution of programmes of work on deliveries for the F.Prime and GDM businesses.
The role will be based in London and work within the Securities Financing Business Transformation & Prod DevTeam.
Project management of the successful build out of the platform with respect to FI Prime & GDM.
- Implementation of the buisness outcomes that support the business strategy.
- Work with the product owners on priortisation and management of all cross asset class FI deliverables within the portfolio.
- Ensure all deliveries have a defined set of business outcomes
- Management of the delivery of the BOW, inc understanding of the requirements setting formal project governance and subsequent delivery for the Global Securities Financing business.
- Collaborate with global MSS business sponsors and product owners to maintain delivery cadence of accountability, baselined plans and progress reporting.
- Provide ownership and transparency on milestones, resource plans, and ensure they are correctly represented in core bank systems.
- Own and lead X asset FI implementations across the Transformation space driving deliverables and business outcomes to successful conclusion.
- Effective and proactive stakeholder engagement across MSS, Global Functions, DBS Functions and geographies in transformation strategy definition and execution.
This role is responsible for the end to end delivery of the project from requirement.
- In Depth knowledge of Fixed Income instruments, Equity Instruments and Prime Finance and associated hedging products.
- Proven successful track record of leading complex projects and significant business transformation activities including balance sheet migrations.
- Portfolio management experience, including successful delivery of high-impact programmes.
- Experience in building close & effective working relationships with senior COO & Business management.
- Ability to meet firm wide risk and control standards and gain legal, risk and compliance approval in conjunction with COO with regards to product. enhancements and supporting business requirements.
- Worked closely with project programs across multiple streams of work simultaneously while balancing the client needs versus budgetary pressures.
- Able to build and sustain a wide network of stakeholders in a large matrix organisation.
- Think strategically in designing end-to-end solutions, re-engineering business and operational processes as required.
- Commercial outlook.
