Product Manager

Location: We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to travel to either our Winchester or London office once or twice a week.

The Product Manager will have a good understanding of the energy sector and be able to generate new ideas and drive improvements to grow market share and improve customer experience. They will work with the water metering and managed connectivity product managers to drive alignment of our offerings across the utilities portfolio.
Informed by trends in the energy market and service user requirements
* Collaborate with the customer and account team to develop joint roadmap and pipeline of changes
assess/prioritise/ sequence change / project requests vs roadmap
* Oversight of performance against contract and own relevant product activities
* accelerate pace of installations
* network optimisation and coverage improvements
Product lead for engagement with suppliers (EDMI, Sensus) for product roadmap and development activities
* Drive alignment between water metering and DCC developments
commercial, technology and/or operational experience
* knowledge of the energy market and customer needs
understanding of the Arqiva CSPN/ DCC solution technology underpinning the energy metering and connectivity marker
knowledge of waterfall and agile product development methodologies
• Significant experience acting as a product owner in a cross functional product development process
