You’ll drive efficient and effective development and customer support via CRM Sales Tool and Accolade system.
You’ll Support regional and project portfolio on Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses, in alignment with Business priorities.
You will manage and execute short/medium term Technical Service and development activities.
You’ll develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support along the following axis: build knowledge of customer products and applications; You will be a key contributor to the development of the scientific expertise of Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses.
We’d love for you to hold a degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related subject.
You have a strong understanding of the practical application of commonly used composite manufacturing techniques and processes
You’re adept at working within a laboratory environment with previous experience in providing technical support to the businesses and their customers.
You are a strong communicator, someone who can clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels both verbally and in writing.
