Job Summary:

This role also involves providing strategic procurement advice, supporting tender processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver savings, improve service quality, and enhance procurement capability across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement and contract management, aligning with clinical and operational priorities.
  • Evaluate and guide complex procurement projects, ensuring value for money.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage Digital and Estates contracts, including renewals, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Implement innovative procurement strategies to improve efficiency and support the organization’s goals.
  • Lead collaborative initiatives, fostering internal and external partnerships for better procurement outcomes.
  • Drive cultural change towards flexibility and efficiency, ensuring delivery of long-term operational improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in contract and procurement management within Digital and Estates or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Ability to lead change, manage multiple priorities, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
