The Head of Regulatory Role:
# Accountable for developing and implementing the company’s regulatory management strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
# Leading and developing the business plan for Horizon Scanning Management and identifying changes in legislation and guidance for key countries as well as establishing training and implementation plans for the business.
# Responsible for Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing Plans.
# Responsible for leading, from a regulatory perspective, the development of the company as thought leaders in the industry.
# Monitor changes in industry best practice and application, to ensure appropriate standards are set for technical and regulatory teams.
# Representing the company at relevant industry events, including participation at ‘top table’ discussions and industry presentation opportunities on regulatory affairs.
# Provide Leadership in discussions with our clients on regulatory issues or queries to support them in driving their regulatory agenda.

The Head of Regulatory Candidate:
Experience in a senior level regulatory or compliance role in a food manufacturing, retailer or compliance consultancy business that operates in multiple markets.
Will have in-depth knowledge of global food legislation. Will have experience with multiple food categories. Additional experience with non-food would be advantageous.
Hold a degree (or equivalent) in food science, food law, regulatory affairs, or similar.
