We are working with a fast growth multi-site fintech needing an Interim CFO to take a pivotal role in shaping the strategy at a key time. This could be a "temp-to-perm" opportunity but the client is clear that they want someone who has held SMF2 designated responsibilities and comes with a strong banking background (ideally a mix of established and challenger/digital banks).
This will include taking responsibility for strategy, procurement and key financial areas such as tax/treasury and a team of 12 finance professionals. This includes leading any corporate finance activity whether M&A or strategic partnerships.
Significant experience in finance and FD/CFO level roles
Experience in the banking sector is desirable and also working with VC/PE investors is highly desirable
Time in Fintech would also be helpful
SMF2 approved person status in previous perm roles
Previous experience of developing and executing corporate strategies and M&A transactions incl.
