My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Haverhill, Suffolk to a high standard, you will be working with a friendly team that are motivated and hungry for sales. My client is open to candidates from estate agency, retail, customer service and new build sales experience. Ultmately the perfect profile would be an individual with customer facing sales or customer service experience.

The role of a new build sales negotiator is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person. This role is all about face to face sales so building rapport and delivering a 5 star customer journey is key.

Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:

* Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses

* Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development

* Contact the database to speak with potential buyers

* Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales

* Sales Hungry

* My clients existing sales negotiators are all earning upwards of 60k and this is a career you can push on and earn 6 figures
