Our client, an independent Chartered Surveyors practice in East Anglia, seeks a highly motivated Rural Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a forward-thinking consultancy.
Position Overview
As a Rural Surveyor, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, providing expert advice on land and property matters. You'll play a key role in the consultancy's growth and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters
- Manage valuations, planning, and development projects
- Handle compensation claims and infrastructure projects
- Provide guidance on farming, tenancy agreements, and succession planning
Requirements
- FAAV and MRICS qualifications
- Confidence in advising on various professional matters
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong teamwork and client relationship management abilities
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
- Proficient IT skills
