Drive a quality-first mindset in Production operations to prevent non-quality issues within the cleanroom, emphasizing prevention strategies and adherence to strict quality standards.
Conduct thorough design and integrity verification inspections on Flight Hardware and Test setups, meticulously following company D&S inspection criteria and ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, 28 & 38 standards to guarantee the highest level of compliance with established design and quality rules.
Support Health & Safety initiatives by promoting a culture of safety and 5S practices in the cleanroom environment. Conduct internal audits, validate staff certifications, and actively mitigate risks to maintain a safe and efficient cleanroom workspace.
