E-COMMERCE VISUAL MERCHANDISER 
ONLINE LADIESWEAR FASHION BRAND

Our client a successful and rapidly expanding online ladieswear fashion brand in Manchester are looking for an experienced E-commerce Visual Merchandiser with online fashion experience to come on board and play an integral part in their E- fashion commerce team. The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years experience working in a similar role for a successful online fashion brand.


Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the role will involve trading on site, presenting the product to create their ‘shop window’ to testing experiences so they can optimise the user journey. Our client will focus on understanding their customers so they can give them the right offers at the right time, show them the products they want the most and offer them an experience that is easy and enjoyable, to help drive business performance.


Responsible for the monitoring of online visual merchandising for the UK site and international sites. A gate keeper for the look and feel of the site, and to how styles are presented to the customer, both through their online categories and online features ensuring that all site product content is visually consistent and engaging. As eComm Visual Merchandiser you will be expected to help action day to day duties to ensure the department operates as expected, working with the eCommerce Manager to provide direction and communicate objectives and priorities.


The Role Uploading product via website and WMS system
· Selecting and publishing new products for the website.
· Visually Merchandising the website, ensuring products are displayed in a creative and commercial manner in order to make a subtle connection with consumers, increase interest and ultimately generate sales
· Some data entry and creating barcodes for product
· Interpreting sales reports with the assistance of the retail & merchandising team
· Email Marketing CRM
Liaising with digital marketing agencies regarding PPC / paid media / social media


2yrs + experience within a similar role for an online fashion brand -  VISUAL MERCHANDISER 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to accurately describe products, using clear but creative language
· Proven visual E-Commerce merchandising/product experience in a fashion environment
· Good understanding of figures and analysis
· Strong affinity with fashion and trends
· Genuine passion for customers, retail, fashion, brand and product
· Photoshop experience


Experienced using Excel and competent with excel formula
