Neapolitan Pizzeria on the south coast of Devon, right on the water's edge requires an experienced pizza chef to lead kitchen operations. Primo Neapolitan Pizzeria is an independent establishment focused on delivering a contemporary and modern pizzeria which uses only the very best ingredients, imported from Italy, and using traditional techniques to deliver world class pizza. You'll be delivering a simple, concise and expertly curated menu to this busy and affluent seaside town.

Primo is the brainchild of a group of very successful, independent operators committed to delivering excellent dining experiences at every level. The role will encompass all traditional aspects of being a Head Chef. From leading the kitchen and ensuring quality, hygiene and good practices are all adhered too, and to the very highest level. You will have a big hand in future menu development, and will help shape the food operations from the outset. Therefore, you will require creativity and vision as part of your skill set. You will be:

* Experienced as Head Pizza chef for 2yrs

* Experienced with Neapolitan pizza for 2yrs This is a fantastic opportunity for a HC who desires a little more, or who is thinking of one more role before opening their own place. Role: Full Time

Hours: 45 Hours per week

Rates of Pay: £23 p/h

Holidays: 49 days per year (Thats not a typo)

** Must have right to work in UK
