  • UK Division of a trade supplier with over 1000 retail customers
  • Recently expanded to France and Germany
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional service

The Role:

  • Inputting and processing orders
  • Producing customer invoices
  • First point of contact via phone and email for customers
  • Liaising with the Sales Team to complete customer requests
  • Occasional assisting in credit control activities

About you:

  • Experience in administration, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in French
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • A full driving licence (beneficial)
