We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead a team of consultants who deliver IRIS payroll and HR solutions to new customers. If you enjoy developing people, improving processes, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish, this is an opportunity to take real ownership and make a measurable impact.

The quality and consistency of our delivery
How our implementation processes evolve
You’ll manage a team of six Implementation Consultants . You’ll work closely with other Implementation Managers, our Senior Manager for Professional Services, Product teams, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Managed Services Operations.
Lead and Support Your Team
Manage resource planning to ensure strong utilisation
Deliver Successful Implementations
Maintain high standards and consistency across all implementations
Support consultants with escalations, tricky projects, or customer issues
Work with Professional Services colleagues to keep projects on time and on budget
Share insights with Product and help shape product improvements
Collaborate with Bureau teams to hand over payrolls once implemented
Keep processes aligned across all Implementation Managers
Review and refine implementation processes
Help the team adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and service quality
We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead people, manage delivery, and bring structure and positivity to a busy team environment.
Strong background in software implementation, payroll, HR, or Professional Services
Qualifications such as team leadership, training, technical, or software-related certifications are welcome but not required.
A leadership role with real influence over customer success and operational performance
Opportunities to contribute to major projects, product improvements, and acquisitions
