Are you ready to shape the future of talent at a globally renowned engineering consultancy? At Buro Happold, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic UK TA team and play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to support our ambitious growth plans.
The role will be based from our Bath or London offices with hybrid working.
As a key member of our UK Talent Acquisition team, you’ll lead recruitment efforts across a designated business area, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver best-in-class hiring strategies. You’ll champion inclusive practices, craft compelling job adverts, and proactively source top-tier talent to support our global growth.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR, and TA colleagues.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for rapid access to skilled candidates.
Champion inclusive recruitment practices and promote our Buro Bite training.
Advise on permanent and contract hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
Share market insights and recruitment data to inform strategic decisions.
Report quarterly on recruitment challenges, achievements, and initiatives.
Proven recruitment experience in a global engineering consultancy (Buildings, Infrastructure, Sustainability or Advisory sectors ideal).
A blend of agency and in-house recruitment expertise.
Creative sourcing strategies and expert use of LinkedIn and social media.
Knowledge of GDPR, IR35, and the contractor market.
