Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Redhill, RH1 Salary: OTE £30k Position: Permanent – Full Time Immediate Vacancy: This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local Estate and Letting Agents based in the Redhill area. You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property. The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill and ability. The ideal candidate will have Lettings industry experience in a competitive Lettings market and a good general understanding of lettings legislation. The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include: Previous residential lettings experience Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills High level of customer service skills Great telephone manner and positive attitude Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated Knowledge of the Redhill area helpful Full Driving License essential Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency A desire to succeed The Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with a successful branch in Redhill.
