Assist in maintaining and supporting IT operations, business-as-usual activities, and ongoing projects.
Contribute within an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and Jira Service Management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including run books and diagrams.
Monitor network infrastructure and cloud environments (PRTG, SNMP, Prometheus) to ensure robust security operations.
Improve automation through scripting and infrastructure management using AWS, Azure, OCI, Python, and Terraform.
Write and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, and other languages to integrate and optimize security tools.
Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.
Deliver training and education programs to raise information security awareness and promote standard processes across the organisation.

Ability to learn / upskill on cloud networking and cloud security technologies.
You will need to have a basic understanding cloud networking and cloud security.
Past security internships are also considered
