Book incoming enquires into the quotation database as required.
Understand / familiarise oneself with contract terms and conditions to ensure risks are identified and qualified where appropriate.
Cost effective evaluations of projects on receipt of enquiry and obtain a practical solution to manufacturing.Compile sub-contractor and specialist materials enquiries as required, ensuring despatch in a timely manner in line with quotation deadline. Contribute to weekly / monthly Sales meetings as required and attend the monthly Project Meeting as required. 7+ years post-graduation experience of building and construction.
Understanding cost base risk analysis.
