Purchaser– Willis Aviation Services Limited ✨
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations? We’re looking for a Purchaser to help ensure our Part-145 maintenance activities run smoothly by sourcing, purchasing, and managing all materials required across our operations.

#In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, responsible for keeping our maintenance teams equipped and our operations running efficiently. Monitoring order status and chasing suppliers to meet operational deadlines
Arranging transport and expediting deliveries when needed
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
Keeping data accurate and up to date within our planning & inventory system (Avsight)
Supporting the Planning & Records Supervisor with additional tasks as required
Previous experience in a purchasing role (aviation experience is a bonus)
Experience with production planning & inventory systems (e.g., Excellent planning and organisational abilities
